The location was great, just right opposite lee gardens night market. There's also a 7-11 within 5mins walk and a superb must try massage place Mali Massage in the alley towards the 711. This is the best massage in the area and much better than the popular ones across the road. Service was fantastic especially one bald bellboy whom i unfortunately did not manage to get his name, he was extremely attentive and always greeted with a welcoming bright smile. Receptionists speak fluent english and were efficient in their work handling large tour crowds, checking in and out was fast and hassle-free. Housekeeping staff were awesome too, as we generally keep our room clean and to support eco friendly movement we don't need to change our towel daily so we have our do not disturb sign up. They slot in a little card to let us know they're here and to contact them if we do need anything. Lastly, the room dining staff were amazing! 2 out of 3 were able to communicate well in english and got our rather bothersome request perfect. The 1 who couldnt communicate in english did try his best, though our request was kinda messed up but his sincerity did get to us so we didn't fuss about it. Our booking did not include breakfast so we paid for it and it was fabulous! Reasonably priced, the variety was impressive, comparable to 5* standards. Food tasted generally good, of course some dishes were better than others and some were just alright. But for the setup and selection, it definitely has everything for everyone. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return should we visit hatyai again.

It's a lovely place and the experience is defined by how well maintained the place. The lovely staff there made everything perfect! This is my 4th time staying at centara and the service quality is still top notch. The staff make an effort to greet you, helps you with your luggages without you asking, holds the lift for you, answer to your request immediately. They're truly genuine and remarkable. Location is prime. It's right at the heart of shopping area.

Staff: Warm, Friendly, Helpful and speaks English. Check-In and Check-Out: Fast and efficient Restaurant: Breakfast and Ala Carte were good (varieties and tasty) Room: Bed / Pillows are comfortable and room / toilet were clean. Location: Good (lots of eateries / restaurants including McDonald and Starbucks Lounge: Good music (live) at night

Rooms were satisfactory; except the bathtubs needed to be remodelled/upgraded as they were old, scratched, the seals between the tubs and the walls were dark colour stained and needed to be "refreshed". The staff handled the electricity interruption on the rest of our stay - 15-16AUG very well, they were calm and able to relocate all of us to other hotels nearby. They went out of their way to make the relocation as convenient as they could and helped shuttle us back to Centara Hotel for complimentary the buffet breakfast on 16AUG. They truly exemplified the Thai culture of service that we know of. Kudos to all the Frontline staff.

The location is CENTRAL to many places of shopping especially. Just come down and you get street food, fast food, shopping for souvenirs & clothes. Food is also a plenty just make sure you ask for price and choice that you want..if not walk away. The hotel is quite secure as you will need to scan your room keys to get to your needed floor. Showering was great experience as water was warm enough and at the correct water pressure. Good quality Hair Shampoo & body shampoo and body lotion was provided in their sustainable way. my family and i are extremely delighted to stay with Centara. From the moment we arrive we were guided to the 6th floor politely by ground staff. Once at lift..bellboy(Mr Methee) was so helpful with our luggage's and knowing the weather was hot outside; he proceeded to bring us the refreshing welcome drink. Front office team (shift 3pm -7pm) was very helpful and made our check in easy and smooth. The entire stay was a pleasant one. Rooms are clean and quite sound proof except for some door slamming could be heard. upon check out; front office team (Kanokorn & Naiyana) was very attentive to ensure rooms are all in good order and assuring us guests did not leave anything important behind. Again we met back with BellBoy (Mr Methee) to assist with our luggages down. Here Mr Methee also reminded us if we had our passport with us before leaving. Even around the hotel; whenever your team met with guests...your team will greet us warmly and even help us with the lift & even sacrificing their space for guest to use 1st. Well done team Centara.

Location was 10/10. Food was available almost 24/7 with 711 a short walk away. Small bazaar n street food open up till 11pm. Esp love the Tunnel market managed by the hotel for good and clean roti, padthai and drinks. Check In was a breeze. Smooth and fast despite the arrival of guests arriving all in 1 wave. Was attended by Nan, she was cheerful polite and recommended the Hotel restaurant for lunch. Nan even called to check if I was leaving my room shortly after checkIn so that she could get Housekeeping to set a small birthday arrangement for us. Such a nice personal touch that we appreciated. Throughout the stay, Staff never failed to greet us w a smile even if its a split second pass in the lobby. Hotel may be quite dated with some furnitures in the room due for a change, but it was always clean. No funky smell. No loud noises despite the shops just below opening till late.

Location is good, it's walking distance from Hat Yai train station (about 8 - 10 mins) and easy to walk to night market and shops for food and massage. They prepared a single bed for my booking of 3 pax, clean and quick response to request during the stay.

Location and surroundings. Need not go anywhere to get foods etc. The hotel is exceptional in their hospitality. Our room was upgraded, but FURTHER upgraded due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you to your great staff on their hospitality - Been, Danial, Methee, and Sulaimarn; also our gratitude to the Engineering guys and Housekeeping ladies. Guys, you all made our stay memorable. Last but not least, the Centara’s staff are your asset in hospitality.
